My Fitness Progress

From my data I can see that my fitness is increasing. In the first week of my fitness progress I started off pretty well with four laps then in the following week I started to slow down to three laps.In the third week my laps increased to five laps and that was the best one I have done.My fitness goal is to run more than 5 or 6 laps .
